Svein Ludvigsen, head of the Nordic governmental co-operation in 2002, says that bureaucratic obstacles should be abolished in order to facilitate mobility between the Nordic countries. This proposal will be treated at the Nordic Council Session in Helsinki 28-31 October 2002. The proposal concerns among other things mobility in research, education, health, consumer issues, the industry, and job markets.
