For the first time in many years there is now a trustworthy long-term budget for research in Denmark, with 3,2 billion DKK last year and 4,1 billion in the new budget, says Danish minister for research and innovation Helge Sander.
For the first time in many years there is now a trustworthy long-term budget for research in Denmark, with 3,2 billion DKK last year and 4,1 billion in the new budget, says Danish minister for research and innovation Helge Sander.

- In addition to the reforms we already have made in the university and research area, we now have a good opportunity to develop research and innovation further in Denmark, Sander says. With the 7,3 billion of new research funding these last two years the public research funding is slightly above the average of the EU and OECD, the minister concludes.
