The Danish Minsitry of Research
Laws and directions can be revised or annulled by the Ministry of Research, or will be withdrawn in the processing of new laws. The ministry has identified 10 out of 40 laws that could be withdrawn and 50 out of 240 directions to be annulled. Regarding the new university law the ministry plans a substantial reduction of existing education directions.

The draft of a new university law proposes that the state should not regulate the activites of the universities to the same extent as today. The students themselves will be in focus of the new education possibilities. The industry‘s need for transparency regarding the contents of the educational programmes will also be met.
