The association UiODOC wants more PhD positions at the university. The association emphasises the fact that the candidates‘ salaries are not competitive with the level of payment outside academia.

UiODOC also wished to increase level of completion by means of more overhead resources and supervision. Many find that the minimal overhead budget restricts their possibilities of completing the doctoral degree.
