29.05.2018
The Education for Tomorrow programme was launched by NordForsk in 2013. This report summarises key research findings from the Nordic Centre of Excellence, JustEd, and other research projects in the first phase of the programme as well as their implications for educational policies in the Nordic countries.

The aim of the programme is to generate new knowledge about the Nordic educational systems that will better equip the Nordic countries to meet the needs of society – today and in the future. The research under the first phase of the programme has generated new knowledge on a broad range of themes: Justice in education in the context of globalizing Nordic welfare states, values education in Nordic preschools, education for immigrant students, skills acquisition at different ages, vocational education and training, and transformation of the higher education systems.
