Swedish steel industry starts graduate school at Dalarna College. The purpose is to secure Swedish steel research in the future, as well as to educate more researchers.
Swedish steel industry starts graduate school at Dalarna College. The purpose is to secure Swedish steel research in the future, as well as to educate more researchers.

the graduate school is strarted in order to secure recruitment to the field and to build new competence. The initiators are the KK foundation, The Jernkontoret and approx. ten establishments within the industry (ex. SSAB, Ovako, Sandvik etc.)

The graduate school will start 1st January 2003 and will exist for 4 years. Lars Hansson will manage the project, which will cost SEK 35 million and will be financed by the initiators.
