Urban environment debate in Oslo

The Nordic Region in Focus and Voksenåsen mark the Nordic Council’s Environment Prize with a debate seminar on urban environment 29 October. NordForsk Director Liisa Hakamies-Blomqvist presents a new report on Nordic urban research.

The seminar poses the question "Who makes the decisions on our urban environment?" This year’s winner of the environmental prize will take part in the debate. The General Secretary of the Nordic Council of Ministers, Halldór Ásgrímsson, politicians and Nordic representatives from business and action groups will also attend.

The seminar will take place on Monday 29 October from 9 - 13 at Voksenåsen in Oslo. Please register by 26 October at the latest by e-mail program@voksenaasen.no or by phone 22 81 15 06. This debateseminar is free of charge.
