Nordic Network for Literary Transculturation Studies

The aim of the network is to improve Nordic research, research training, and teaching in the field of Anglophone and post-colonial literary studies with particular reference to the multimodalities of transculturation processes.

This is a collaborative network consisting of individual research groups in Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Sweden. The network originates in a Postcolonial studies network set up in 2004 in the wake of a successful conference and postgraduate seminar held at the University of Bergen in 2003, Transcultural Identities and Masks.
