Nordic Network on Proteomics

Current proteomic tools make the basis of biomedical and translational research, and is expected to be the major tool in future molecular medicine. Instrumentation for proteomic research has therefore been a major investment of many institutions over the last 5-10 years.

This network aims to:

  • initiate collaboratory projects
  • support student education in advanced proteomic research
  • facilititate method transfere and support method development
  • make available heavily funded reseach instrumentation
  • increase recruitment students and post docs between laboratories
  • make the basis for other extrernal funding (eg ERASMUS and other EU programs)
