We define research impact as the results and effects of the research we fund and collaborations we facilitate. Our Impact Report 2023 provides insights into our output and results, as well as aspects of the societal impact and Nordic added value we create.
Overview of results and effects reported by NordForsk funded projects reported in our submission period 2023. The report contains data on publications, policy influence, dissemination activities and other impact indicators.
NordForsk opens a Nordic-Baltic call for proposals for research projects on the Green Transition. Each project can apply for up to NOK 15 million of funding, and we expect to fund nine projects. The plan is to open the call by the end of August.
In these projects, there’s a large proportion of young women researchers and the content of the projects ranges widely from political communication, Viking warriors, homelessness, old law books, popular culture, and older migrant groups to research on refugees from Ukraine.
