Nordic research co-operation

NordForsk calls are developed in co-operation with the national research funding organisations in the Nordic countries. A proposal for a new call must in general be supported by research funding organisations in at least three Nordic countries.

NordForsk also has several ongoing research initiatives in collaboration with national funding organisations outside the Nordic region, such as the Baltic countries and Canada.

Nordic research infrastructure cooperation is a strategic priority for NordForsk, as a means of enhancing research quality and impact.
