The Research Council of Lithuania together with NordForsk and the Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Lithuania invites scientists, researchers and the entire scientific community to an event dedicated to the Nordic-Lithuanian cooperation in the field of science and preparation for the new European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (FP10).

The aim of the event is to mark the successful cooperation between NordForsk and the Research Council of Lithuania, which strengthens the Nordic-Baltic science ecosystem, promotes high scientific achievements, sharing of experience, and creates sustainable changes in science and society.

Participants will hear inspiring presentations about the results of Nordic-Lithuanian scientific cooperation, success stories and discussions about the role of regional cooperation in shaping the future of European science.

Guttorm Aanes is Head of Communications at NordForsk, and responsible for strengthening the visibility and impact of NordForsk funded activites.

He has extensive communication experience from Norwegian ministries and research institutes.

Guttorm holds a master's degree in Media and Communication from the University of Oslo. In 2023, he completed a master's programme in PR management and strategic communication at BI Norwegian Business School.
