The seminar will present the results as well as policy recommendations of the project Sustainable working-life for ageing populations in the Nordic-Baltic region, funded by the Research Council of Lithuania, Rannis, Forte and NordForsk.

The presentations will explore various aspects related to sustainable working life in ageing societies of the Baltic and Nordic countries, with a focus on issues such as discrimination, health, and workplace quality. Some of the presentations are based on data from the Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE).
The seminar will be held in English and take place in person.
