The Nordic Sound and Music Computing Network brings together a group of internationally leading sound and music computing researchers from all five Nordic countries.

The overall aim of ReiGN is to understand how climate change and other processes in the Arctic will affect reindeer husbandry in Fennoscandia and how reindeer husbandry can adapt to these drivers.
Linking the detailed information of the spatio-temporal distribution of air pollution levels and the chemical composition of the atmospheric particles with register data for mortality and morbidity, we have a unique opportunity in the Nordic countries to gain new understanding of the various health impacts from different kinds of air pollution from different kind of sources.
NordForsk lancerer nu et opslag inden for forsknings- og innovationsprojekter om digitalisering af den offentlige sektor. Opslaget har et budget på 7,4 millioner EUR, og deadline for ansøgninger er 16. januar 2020.
Open Science og Open Access er blevet slagord, der ofte benyttes for tiden. Værdien af nordisk og internationalt samarbejde på feltet blev også løftet på NeIC2019, en stor nordisk konference om infrastruktur indenfor Open Science, i København for nylig. I forbindelse med konferencen udtalte en af pionererne inden for nordisk samarbejde i et interview med NordForsk, at Open Science skaber en mere retfærdig verden, hvor det ikke længere kun er de rige, som får glæde af forskning.
NordForsk, Finlands Akademi, Forte, Norges Forskningsråd, Innovationsfonden Danmark, det estiske forskningsråd, Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia og Economic and UK Economic and Social Research Council er gået sammen om at finansiere forskning indenfor for feltet digitalisering af den offentlige sektor. Op til 10 forskningsprojekter med et budget på maksimalt 1 million euro hver vil blive finansieret. Indtil videre vil et opslag blive offentliggjort i efteråret 2019.
NordForsk lancerer nu forskningsopslag inden for Nordic Research Infrastructure Hubs. Opslaget har et budget på 17 millioner NOK og deadline for ansøgninger er 22. oktober 2019
